Terrible service and snotty follow through. I purchased a $5,000 couch and recently got the &1,600 ottoman. They were terrible when I asked in person if I could get it September 27. They made a stink about calling before hand and I said I’m confirming now for pickup since it was in their shop.

So, I called and let them know I was coming and they made such a weird comment to me about having to take it to my car. I’m sorry, but you should be okay taking to my car since you asked me to bring my car and they would load it.

I will never worn both dime in this store and will not send my friend and family...
