I went there 3 days ago to get my iphone 11 fixed.. the back glass was shattered.. thats the only problem of my phone.. everything works fine.. they said that its a wait of 1 week to 2 weks to order the glass for that but offered the overnight ship.. i payed for the over night shipping fee but due to weather it didnt arrived until today.. saturday.. went there they looked at my ohone everythings in good shape.. said to leave it and they will call me after 1-3 hours when they fixed the back glass.. came in around 7:10pm⦠phones done.. i check the phone if it turns on.. check if theres cracked else where.. two things i noticed.. the flashligh dont work.. then the phone starts turning off by itself.. the guy who was helping me saw that too.. he said he dont know what happen.. and he check it in the back again to see if theres something nit plugged.. waited.. came back and he said he dnt knw why the flashlight dont work.. the phone turn off by its self.. i cant even use this phone anymore.. payed $300+ to get just the back portion fixed and now i have no phone to use cos this one dont even turn on anymore⦠tyler the guy who was helping me said he will talk to his manager to see what they can do.. he said they might have to replace my phone.. he said monday so we will see.. in the mean time i have to borrow my...

I came into the store, found what i needed then was approached by her standing right next to me, she asked if i needed help finding anything i said no i found the right one just looking at the options. once i stood up she snatched the batteries from my hand no oh i can take that upfront for you or anything just grabbed it straight from my hands and i dont know about other people but i dont appreciate having something snatched from my hands by some little girl with a attitude.This was around 4 pm so its not like they were closing soon. Ben took care of everything i needed, set me up for installation and with my AARP card was able to give me a 10% discount.
