My Fiancé and I had been wanting to purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress for quite some time. We live in Tacoma and had visited a couple of mattress stores in our area prior and we did not have a good experience. The Sales people were pushy, not informative/educated about the products and were making up stories about prices going up to get us to buy now. We both agreed that taking the trip up to South Center was a better idea because we could see all the products and hopefully could get straight answers. We went to the store and were surprised at how nice and clean the showroom was compared to the other mattress stores that he had went to. It was seriously night and day. We met Alan and had many questions for him and he answered all of them gracefully. We really felt that Alan was very educated on all aspects of the mattress and warranty information. We also told him what we thought we wanted and he thoughtfully took us around to each type of mattress to ensure we got what we wanted. Alan took his time and let us know the difference of each one in depth and was not pushy at all. Alan also was more educated regarding the ergobase that we were not planning on purchasing. After Alan went through all of his information regarding the base and his demonstration we opted into purchasing this option as well an an upgraded mattress. This was such a pleasant experience and my only regret was visiting the other mattress stores in the beginning. This was a great experience and we are eager to be sleeping in our new mattress soon. The staff of store manager Kristina, John and Allen are exremely knowledgable and professional and help to ensure you make the best decision that is right for you. I needed to experience all the options in person. The team diligently helped me understand the differences in the product features and we came up with the perfect solution. My bed arrived earlier than anticipated and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The adjustable base makes all the difference in the world. My partner and I stopped in to test a Tempur-Pedic mattress over the weekend. I have significant disc issues in my back and we needed a bed with greater support.

John was very knowledgeable and had us test four separate mattresses. He noted our sleep positions, how our bodies aligned on each mattress, and went as far as to customize the pillows we were laying on to ensure comfort and support.

We purchased a mattress and accompanying base. The mattress is absolutely lovely but the base is really what sold us. The base offers lumbar, upper body, and foot support. It has a massage feature that utilizes sound waves/frequencies to aid in pain relief and help you fall asleep faster. With the added features of the base, I was able to lay nearly pain free on a bad back day.
