I LOVED my stay on Tybee Island, largely due to the amazing beach house and service! The island itself is gorgeous, fun, and filled with friendly locals and guests. But, Lauren and her houses take the experience to another level! All of her houses are warm and inviting, well-decorated, fully-stocked for all vacation needs, and in prime locations. The facility is old and needs updating. It is fully functional. It is on the second floor and is accessible by steps only. It is 2 levels and the bedrooms are accessible by steps only. The view of and access to the beach is wonderful. There is outside storage for beach chairs, canopies or umbrellas etc.... No restrictions of canopy use on the beach as have been enacted in SC.... It was one of the best times that I have had in a very long time. The house was clean just the right size for 5 ladies. Close enough to the beach. I loved to go out to the patio and just pray and listen to the waves. I slept well, very enjoyable.
