The best part was the sandbox play area next to the outdoor seating area. With so few kids friendly spots in Tybee, it was nice for them to have a little spot of their own. Be sure to ask first if you are coming for the bourbon pecan pie. Apparently, it is only made at the downtown location. They get "shipments" during peak season but not as much during the off-season. Maybe that should be added next to the description "seasonal"? Service left a lot to be desired, especially since it wasn't busy at all. The food even took a bit longer than I would have, considering the small number of patrons. The pbj wings just tasted like peanut butter. The apple pie chicken sandwich was pretty good. The chicken itself had a great seasoned flavor all on its own. They did have a fairly decent selection of beers, both local brews and mainstream labels. Overall, I just wasn't impressed. However, we might consider coming back just for the added bonus of the playground sandbox. The play place really was a big deal.

As huge fans of the Treylor Park brand, we were beyond excited to finally check out the Treylor Park Beach Party on Tybee Island – and it did not disappoint! We live in Midway, GA, and were entertaining friends from Seattle, WA, who were spending two nights on Tybee. This place was such a hit, we ended up coming back three times during their visit! Seriously, everything we tried was fantastic. For breakfast, the chicken and waffles were beyond scrumptious – a definite must-try that will start your day off perfectly. And for happy hour, the fried green tomatoes are an absolute culinary masterpiece that you simply cannot miss. The vibe is fun, the food is consistently amazing, and it perfectly captures that laid-back Tybee charm with the signature Treylor Park twist. Whether you're a local or just visiting, make sure this is on your list. We're already planning our next visit!

I came in by myself on a Saturday night. I sat at the bar. It took the bartender several minutes to acknowledge me sitting. I ordered a water and he offered the menu. I ordered the Nacho Grande. It was several minutes later and the bartender was looking at the POS system. He turned around to ask “what was your order again?” I’m pretty sure he forgot to put it in to the kitchen. My food came and it was perfect! The nacho grande never disappoints. The bartender told me he was going to get some silverware for me when he gave me my food. I was 1/2 finished eating when I had to ask for a fork. The food was five stars, the atmosphere was also five stars. The service from the bartender was lackluster. It wasn’t even that busy as there was several empty seats at the bar.

I went to the original location of Treylor Park in Savannah several years ago, so I was excited to end a beach day at Tybee with dinner at their newest concept, Treylor Park - Beach Party.

First and foremost, our server Matthew was the highlight of our visit!! We had a fairly big group (with a lot of needs!) and he was spot on with the refills (and there was a lot because it was no less than 4000 degrees outside), ranches, boxes, to-go drinks, all of the above, all while having a really fun and easygoing personality that never made us feel like we were being a burden. He was also really helpful with suggestions off the menu (I love asking servers for their input - they usually know the menu and sometimes even have fun little off menu hacks for you to try.) I really appreciate when they give thoughtful feedback and honest replies, and we really enjoyed everything he suggested.

We started with a couple of apps - the nachos (which are actually loaded waffle fries) and the buffalo wings. The fries are not your typical loaded fries - I loved the addition of the balsamic glaze. The balsamic contrasted with the tart pickles was perfection. The wings honestly might've been my favorite thing we ordered. They were so perfectly crispy and the buffalo sauce had great flavor and just the right amount of heat, and of course they had the good ranch (herby & house-made.)

Really enjoyed the fluffy crust on the bacon cheeseburger pizza! It had a great presentation and it was a plentiful portion. The pepperoni pizza had those crispy little pepperoni cups which are always a win. I will say, the side salad left a little to be desired. The tomatoes and onions were fresh and the dressing was great, but the veggies were in big pieces and the little bowl it was in was really tiny, making it hard to cut or really get into the salad without making a giant mess, it was a largely unsuccessful effort. The Caesar salad, however, looked great!

They also have a spacious patio that has some adequate shade and LOTS of big fans! The inside was a little bit warm, but it was so hot outside that maybe the AC was having trouble keeping up.

Overall, I think Treylor Park restaurants are a GA staple and you should definitely dine at one of them! Beach Party is a fun concept that's different but still has all the Treylor...

The food: the nachos fries and fried green tomatoes were pretty good except for the price on the fried green tomatoes but everything else went down from there the wings were smaller than average the chicken strips were over cooked the smoked tuna sandwich was untrustworthy I think it was barely smoke cooked and the bread was soft.

Wait time: the wait time was AWFUL we got one tray of wings after an hour while people we were ahead of got there meal and it took 30 more minutes to get the rest of our food.

the atmosphere and service: it was nice very cute and summer vibes but not cute enough for the wait. But the service was table out server barely showed up and only refilled our water a few times and our tea like 3 times in one hour 30 min of waiting and hour of eating and one of the times it wasn't even our server.

Price: awful 14 for fried green tomatoes 20 for a sandwich and 16 for wings waayyyy over priced the kids mell was 10 and nacho fries were 20 those were worth it but the tax was horrible!

Over all I wouldn't recommend going here unless...

My husband, 4 year old, and I ate there today, Saturday, right as they opened at 11am. We had a friendly server and my little one enjoyed playing in the sandy area while we waited. The food was fresh and tasted great. I enjoyed the miyagi tacos and my husband had the sloppy joe. I deducted a star because I felt my meal was a little steep in price. For clarity, it came with 3 tacos and no side. I think, for $18, you could at least have provided some rice or slaw. My husband's entree came with fries and a small slaw to add to his sloppy joe. Also, he ordered a virgin bloody Mary, but was charged full price as if it had alcohol. That seems unreasonable, in my opinion. We are locals who enjoy visiting Tybee all summer long every year, but I didn't honestly think the value for the amount of food was on target when we know we can get much more sides with super great tacos for less at other local food trucks and taquerias. This is just my feedback and opinion. I left hungry but my tab, plus tip,...
