My son and I went both nights we stayed on Tybee. The first night it was maybe just before closing time, maybe just after, we both got in line until we got inside about 45 min. later. I was very impressed that she would stay open as long as needed to serve each and everyone of those souls outside her door. I was so impressed in fact, that I ended up telling two or three total strangers the next day. When my son and I had a hankering for some ice cream the next evening the choice was obvious. I amtruley worried someone is going to get hurt by this...
Read moreHorrible experience. Guy was very rude during a small misunderstanding. I asked for a 2nd brownie but he obviously didn’t hear me, so once I paid without looking at my receipt which was my fault, he said I accused him and made a scene in front of customers. Once I apologized for the misunderstanding, and told him I don’t mind paying the extra $3 and the money for the brownie he continued to fuss and degrade me in front of my kids and customers. I will never step foot if...
