I went in for just a few minutes this past Thursday(Dec.15th), but it was heavenly. That few minutes just made my day a little better. I went in and was nicely greeted by Evelin Espana(who I also remember her for her great service at the Springfield Plaza Wells Fargo). She asked me what she could help me with and I told her, I was just taking out some cash. She motioned me toward the tellers desk, saying, 'oh please!', making me feel so welcome. I arrived at the tellers desk where I was warmly received by Zane, and also given practical information that I needed, as I performed my transaction. He smiled at me, as he warmly told me to have a great day, as I was leaving. I passed by Evelin, who told me to have a great day. Another female employee(tall, slender that was sitting at the table with them, smiled at me as I passed by(those little things mean so much to me). Read moreWells Fargo sucks. They are a grubby money hungry organization. I have had a some money problems this season, and as a 30+ year client they are refusing to refund my over draft charges. What a smart way to handle people having money issues, take more of their money. "Oh cant pay your bills?.. BOOM, more bills to pay! HAHA you owe money you cant pay to other people, BOOM, now here's $70 more added to your debt!! HAHA we gets our money!!" All Wells Fargo cares about is money, not clients. Stay away from anything Wells Fargo. Don't bank with them, don't trust them.
If someone is high risk for over drafts there needs to be a separate account for them, where they are charged $50, $75 monthly due to being a high risk. Charging people who occasional run into money problems and them treating them like they do this all the time is just plan scummy. But banks wont do this.. cuz its all about money. They can make more from not refunding their clients and value the short term dollar over...
