Pros- 1) Award system for kids and adults based off good grades and amount of times you come and spend money. 2) Easy way to entertain your little one with out spending a fortune. 3) Food is pretty good for a fast pace environment like this pizzas are made fresh and refills are always free for drinks. They also offer cake, bread sticks, ice cream and salad bar. 4) They stamp your hand and your child (children’s) hand with a matching stamp that is only visible when under UV lighting. 5) Always someone by the front door to ensure kids don’t escape without the parent present. 6) Games run on play cards and based on the games you play you can earn tickets to exchange for prizes. 7) Chuck E comes out every so often and gives free tickets to the kids for dancing and sing along with him. 8) Nice big area for birthday parties. Cons- 1) Never ever go here on a weekend!!! Kids swarm the place and they unfortunately don’t tell people they are full and can’t take anymore they just keep letting people in. 2) Most every table in this establishment is filthy dirty. People’s left over food, drinks, napkins exc litter the tables more often then not. 3) Some of the games are poorly designed and don’t make sense to young children and even as an adult I find challenging as they are a bit advanced IMO given the age group you are trying to get into this facility. 4) The games are germ infested and it would not hurt this place to have hand sanitizer stations for its customers. 5) The staff clearly hate their jobs. One girl in particular told me she had been there 4 months and hated it. Another employee sighed and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to count my tickets sense the ticket machines were full at the moment. 6) At no point ever do half of the parents watch there children in here. Kids run wild in this place stealing other kids tickets while they are playing the games and try to push other out the way so they can play next. Some steal balls or other items off each other’s games. 7) Ticket muncher machine (used to count your tickets and give you a receipt to take to the counter for a prize) should be removed and instead all ticket info kept on a card. This machine is the most worthless and useless thing in the whole place!!!! Some people take several mins to feed 1 ticket or 100 on a roll in this dumb machine. Pretty bad when people sit on the floor to feed tickets into it 🙄 8) As much as you pay for game time food exc the fact each ticket is 1 penny is absurd given how many tickets and time you would need to spend just to get your child a decent prize.

Had my daughters 8 birthday here. The kids we had were age ranges from 3-12 and they all had a blast! We did the 2nd tier of the party I think it was the “mega” birthday booking and I was very pleased with all of it. We were allowed to get their early to prep and they asked when we needed everything like pizza or cake and so on so it was catered to us and that was great. The price I paid for the entire day with my guests and food and cake (cake was ordered thru them after I booked my reservation), drinks alll of it was less than $200… which is killer and my kids had a ball. Two of my kids did get sick that same night so so wash your hands a bunch and take antibacterial wipes with you… kids are germy clearly..lol Our party coordinator was a younger guy with fluffy curly luscious hair and he was great and didn’t do the birthday dance and song like he hated his life so the enthusiasm was actually so appreciated. He was very helpful with everything like the planning and even making sure the birthday kid gets her extra tickets which is awesome. Oh and the I think he was the manager he was dressed very nicely so I assume he was higher up but he was so nice and sweet. Great people working here and to be all positive during the Christmas season with the amount of people around at all times is just so wonderful. The ticket blaster comes with the birthday and it’s super fun. 10/10 perfect birthday party and food was good oh and their plain vanilla cake was actually super good and not fake whipped icing tasting. Oh and the cup every kid gets from the birthday is dishwasher safe! And free refills for lifeeee

We took our kids after school & we basically had the place to ourselves! They weren't busy at all...only one other small family. The nice lady who met us at the door, Amy, was extremely informative & very helpful. She walked us thru all the processes: buying time cards, how to pause them (PAUSE ONLY ONCE), trading in our tickets, ordering food, etc. All of the workers were great at their jobs. They had things stocked & everything was as clean as possible. IMO: I will say that Chuck E Cheese is not what it used to be...going downhill a little more each time we visit. Winning tickets is not easy without spending A LOT of money. Most games only give about 6-9 tickets per each play. We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves with 2-one hour play cards, and barely cleared 1k - combined. You can combine $ money with tickets, but we didn't want to do that. FYI 1 penny=1 ticket. An item that costs 4,000 tickets = $40 real money.

I am here now at 3:08 pm on 1/2/17. My husband and I arrived at 1:45 pm. Their lunch buffet is from 11 am to 2 pm for $6.49 per person. We both wanted a salad bar. The cashier said, we'll we tear the buffet down at 2 and immediately set up the salad bar. We asked if we could go ahead and pay for the salad so we didn't have to make 2 separate purchases? The cashier said, no problem. Another worker came in behind our cashier stating the salad bar is not up yet. Our cashier explained to her that we understood this. At 2:10pm, we received our pizza and wings. We began eating watching for the salad bar so we could make our salads. I go to take a bite of wings and found a hair. I understand things happen and took them to a worker to show her. She offered a refund along with an "I am so sorry" and I told her things happen, can we just get some re made? It's now 2:40 pm and no salad bar. At 2:50, we got our wings and still no salad bar which we paid $14.98 for. At 3:08 pm, the salad bar had arrived, but the little bit of lettuce that remains there is from the buffet. Now we are full and no room for salad as they still have not put fresh lettuce in the bar. There is not even enough lettuce for 2 salads. 3:21 pm and still no fresh lettuce. Way to go...
