You would expect better service and quality when paying good money!
We first arrived at the store and got really good service from Sidney and the girls, who were very pleasant durning the whole procedure - It is because of Sidney that the store is getting any stars. The color and size I wanted were out of stock so Sidney made the order for us to the store that was supposed to take 7-10 days to arrive. 10 days later, I called the store to find out that the order was in the store, yet they had never called me (even though they claim they did). This all would have been forgotten, except, when I arrived at the store 3 ladies working behind the counter, all ignored me. Not one gave us attention until we approached them and asked for our jacket, which was waiting for me in a closet, unwrapped, like you would expect from a $350 jacket - wrinkled and worst of all defective, missing a button, which was applied in the wrong place (what should have been in the outside collar was mistakenly sewed on the inside). When deciding to order from Aritizia, I gave it a chance, despite all of the horrible online reviews warning me not to. If you choose to spend your money here, I suggest you only shop with in-stock items you can view in the store, rather than waste your time on risky...

I then went to the register to pay and told the girl at the register that I needed a quick moment to double check my Aritzia marketing emails for recent sales. I got the snarkiest, meanest, and most demeaning comment/tone in return that they donāt have ācouponsā as if they were too good for sales, and too good for me. I then paid for my things and when I walked away, I turned around and saw her gossiping about me to the other girl and looking at me. Iāve never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. It felt like a scene from Mean Girls š. Your staff needs a reality check that you should never judge your clientele for bringing up a sale especially when the customer is about to spend hundreds of dollars on your merchandise (and the store has had plenty of sales in the past!). Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was honestly the worst Aritzia store Iāve ever been to. I walked in and no one greeted me or even acknowledged I was there. No one asked if I needed help or seemed available at all. I grabbed a bunch of clothes and went to the fitting room, and the woman who brought me there seemed totally uninterested. Just kind of pointed me to a room with no mirror and walked away.
While I was trying things on, I needed help zipping one of the pieces, but she was nowhere to be found. I had to ask another associate who was helping someone else. Also, there were no mirrors in the fitting rooms, and there was a man standing right outside the fitting area, so I had to step out in front of him and other people to check how the clothes looked. It was really uncomfortable.
I actually loved a lot of the pieces and couldāve easily spent over $500, but the whole experience just made me not want to buy anything. The Aritzia store near where I live in Florida has amazing staff who are super helpful, so Iād much...
