Why do they make it so difficult to be a customer here? I got some gifts for Christmas that I was trying to return and since they only take ONE non-receipt exchange a day, I've had to go back multiple times to get this resolved. And because I didn't have the gift receipt, they will only issue an exchange in-store, not store credit. That would be easy, if I loved their clothes and could find pieces to exchange. Unfortunately, I think the quality and style of their clothes has gone down since a couple years ago, when I used to buy almost all of my clothes from them. They deposited "cash" into your account now and then to attract purchases while if you are able to take advantage of a great deal, they cancel your orders randomly. Additionally, their order online pick up in store service is a joke, inventory is never accurate and they cancel your orders again.
