Windsor — Local services in Upper Merion Township

SPECTACULAR! I went to a ton of stores in the mall trying to find an affordable evening dress for a business gala I'm going to, but all the dresses were so expensive and I didn't even like any of them. Just as I was about to give up, I poked my head into this store and I'm SO glad I did! The store has an awesome selection of beautiful evening dresses that are so affordable! At Nordstrom, Zara, Express, etc., I was trying to find any dress that I'd feel comfortable wearing, but with Windsor, I had 10 dresses that I was struggling to choose between because I loved all of them! I ended up getting a beautiful black evening dress for only $40 and it's something that I can wear to other events in the future if I switch up the accessories.

The people working at Windsor were seriously SO nice and they helped me pick out dresses and gave me advice for what to wear based on the event I'm going to. They were really patient and it felt like they genuinely wanted to help me find the right dress.

I wish Windsor had been at KOP when I was in high school, because I'd definitely have gotten my prom dresses there! If I have any future fancy events, I'll definitely return.

They also have a ton of other less formal but SUPER cute clothes, shoes, and accessories.

Yes, dresses were nice. My problem was there was a line for changing rooms, when me and my friend got to the front they said we had to wait for a handicap stall, a lady was in there with her mother for an hour, we asked if we could go in a different one together and they said no. We have gone in a fitting room the same size together before but they said these were was "too small" and they just "couldn't allow it", but there was a girl and her mom in one together? So after like 20 minutes we get to the front and we have to wait 40 more minutes? Then, another group of girls had to wait for us to be done, so we made sure to be 20 as fast as possible. None of the staff seemed like they enjoyed being in the store. Dresses were not expensive...

This KOP location is the absolute trash! The hours are not updated online and when you call they never pick up. I understand stores are short staffed but they should at least update the hours online or have an answer machine of the stores hours for that day. Every time I come here the hours change… first it’s 11am, then it’s 12pm and now it’s 1pm! I’m currently waiting out here for an hour for them to open because Iast time I was here they opened at 12 because of being short staffed…. I arrive with a note on the door that they open at 1pm….
