Clearly states online that dogs are allowed but have to ride in a cart. I came in and put my xl bully pup in the cart after lining it with my coat. All of a sudden a lady came up to me and rudely asked if he was a service dog like I did something wrong. I explained that I checked online before coming to this location. She said yeah no he has to go. Okay then no problem. You don't have to look at people like criminals or speak to people in a demeaning manor. I had no issue with leaving.....however there was another dog inside as well that had no identifiable tags or harness stating that it's a service animal. Why is that one allowed in? And it was walking while mine followed the rules and was in a cart. It is what it is. I'll let my page know with over 10,000 members that Vernon hills Burlington likes to discriminate dogs by breed.
