TERRIBLE service. I went in for a return- item in perfect condition with all tags and the receipt. The manager refused and said returns for the purchased price aren't allowed after 30 days, which I know is not true from making returns at other Ross stores. I showed her the Ross return policy on the receipt AND on the Ross website which state that refunds are given in the form of credit after 30 days but the manager was rude and kept stating her policy was right. She said to talk to corporate so I asked for the number. She referred me to a different number and when I pointed that out, she rolled her eyes and gave me another number. I called corporate from the lot and was told to walk back in because my return should have been accepted. Corporate notified the district manager and the store manager and told them to accept my return. I was told by Corporate to call back from the register if they didn't. Even after I went back in, the manager kept insisting her return policy was correct, not what corporate Ross said/does. No... how does a manager not know the return policy of her own store??? Stop making excuses. I don't know what the manager's deal was that day, but do not make up a bogus return policy (and returns are quite common so I'm pretty sure she knew the policy) and blame it on the customer for not knowing it. I remained cordial throughout the ordeal, yet the manager was rude. At the end, she referred to the situation as "a learning opportunity." I'm sure this wasn't her first time dealing with a return, but ok.
Props to corporate Ross for swiftly dealing with the situation. Thumbs down to the manager and the associate who just went along with it. Retrain your managers and...

Read moreRoss is always a ho-hum experience for menswear, honestly. The selection is rather small on their adult sizes (L-2XL) and within that selection is some of the most garish, ugly, uncomfortable nonsense you'll find anywhere for prices that barely impress.
When you can find something you like, it's great. My wife in particular always has luck finding dresses and work-wear (tops more-so than pants or skirts). I usually come away empty handed unless I spring for a pair of athletic shorts or sweatpants.
The prices are good, but the bias towards women's clothing generally just makes the menswear into a sideshow. For the $12 it would cost me to buy a polo that I'm only buying because it was the only thing on the rack that fit and didn't make me wretch, I could get something online that I actually like instead.
This location is just like the rest. The layout is always the same, though I did find this one to be exceptionally clean and well organized. If I had a complaint it would be that they seemed to be a bit understaffed, with only one person dedicated to...
