Third time I used Geek squad, twice to transfer data from older PC to new purchase PC and to upgrade processor rams & speed, once to repair defective power supply on an older PC. Cost of service extremely reasonable and has not changed in over 5 years! Each time the work was completed before estimated time of completion. Work was done as promised and everything done and how to use was explained thoroughly in both technical and laymen terms at time of delivery. The team is very experienced, knowledgeable, Tech/IT savy, courteous and stays up to date on latest technologies and on what new ones are coming out. I'm done with this company. The stupid robot allergy and withing forever to talk to a person with bad English! I want to talk to a person at my store. I ordered a part and waited over 30 minutes for curbside because something didn't "work" on their end.
