I love their products, but am disappointed that Barb, the cashier, asserted I wouldn’t receive lots of emails if I signed up for rewards. I made it very clear that I didn’t want to give my email if I was going to get tons of emails. Kirklands in Vernon Hills is such a great place to shop for things for your home! The sales associates are very friendly, greet you as soon as you walk in the store and are very helpful if you have any questions! Plus the store smells so good!!! Customer service of this store needs to be improved. I purchased throw blanket and I came to return as this didn’t go with my decor.
