What an ordeal... Talk about pushing a sale at the Alpine store. We went in to see what they had to offer for washer and dryers. Sales rep was quite pushy, but offered us a good deal. We went with it as "it will be there delivered on Saturday, no problem... I promise" Saturday roles around, and the washer shows up... no dryer. The delivery men do not know anything about a dryer... Call the store and then they apologize, it was not loaded on the truck. If this is the biggest concern, no worries, life goes on. But then Tuesday rolls around when the dryer is delivered, and the mounting hardware to stack them is not correct. Now I have to wait another few days. The Store manager requested that I come pick up the stacking hardware on that Friday... and expected for me to "stack them myself"... I did not pay for delivery, to have to stack them / install them myself. I convinced him that they needed to resend installers to stack them for me. Now on to the rebates that were part of the hard sell the sales rep gave us.. They entered in one of the model numbers incorrectly on the receipt, and the model number they entered is not valid for the rebate offer that we were promised... Now I am having to deal with the manufacturer to resolve this. Long story short, go elsewhere, there are 20 different appliance stores in the area that are willing to help, price match and actually give proper customer service. It will save you lots of...
Read morePurchased a couch and everything was great, until the delivery day. The sale gentleman who sold me the couch (not naming names) called me and by his mistake my order was never put in for delivery. So I needed to wait another day for it to get delivered, Okay I can work with that even though I had already got rid of my currant furniture to make room for the new furniture and I have family from out of state coming in. Later that night another call different sales man telling me now they are out of stock and I would have to wait a month before I would receive our couch. GGRRR.. Next day talk to the GM which he had no clue of the events unfolding. Said sorry you can pick a small gift out if you would like but there's nothing else we can do at this time. Come pick out a different couch if you like.
After this incident I was contacted by corporate and was amazed at the level of Honesty to the whole situation and resolving the issue. With in a matter of a half of day after first being contacted. I am proud to be sitting on my new coach in my house spending time with my family. Previously I wouldn't name names but this I must, Thank you Tyler for all your help and hard work and Honesty on resolving this issue and getting the couch...

When I mentioned I was on a budget "manager" Brian Lovelace, or some name like that, offered me an extra 10% off if I signed up for a card. Of course I agreed since I was planning to buy the washer an dryer anyway. I ended going for one that was on sale, and figured with the 10% off I'd be getting a good deal, When he told me the price I was a bit surprised and looked over my receipt and didn't see the additional discount. I asked him multiple times if it was applied only to be told that because it was on sale he couldn't give me the other 10% off. Total bullshit. I won't be returning to this store, I've never heard of such a thing coming from a manager. He also gave me the wrong stacking kit, then to make up for the problems (yes multiple) I had been having he offered to credit me a total of 100 dollars, 50 would go back onto my card then I would receive a check for the other 50. I never saw them.
Additionally, the washer dryer hook up is in my bathroom, the delivery guys actually left it in the middle of my bathroom. My friend and I had to push it into place. And they acted like I was such a...
