My son and I went once about 2 months ago and vowed we’d never go back but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it was an “off” day and we went again a couple weeks ago. The service isn’t bad (as in they’re friendly enough), but there were hardly any clean tables and the one that was clean was right next to the area where you get your drinks and forks etc. That in itself wouldn’t be so bad if that area was kept clean but it was FILTHY and I do mean FILTHY!!! There was grease and grime and pop splatters and who knows what all, all over the floor and up the front of the cabinet where they store supplies as well as on the back of the bench seat that’s right next to the pop machine. The tea canisters are set inside the base of an old coffee maker and it appeared that the coffee filter still had something in it from what I can only assume to be some time ago! It was not busy at the time we were there and there were 3 girls standing at the register talking when they should’ve been wiping tables at the very least. Thankfully neither my son nor I had to use the bathroom. I wrote my complaint directly on the Qdoba site the next day and never received a response. We love their food, but simply cannot return to that location unless there’s a change in its operation. The dirt and grime was very off-putting and there is no excuse for it when you have staff standing around...
Read moreBeen a long time since I came to this location but as always at this location. I Showed up 12 MINUTES after placing the order. Not 1 person in the store except the couple who I held the door for. And THEY GOT THEIR ORDER BEFORE I GOT MINE. AND SO DID THE COUPLE WHO ARRIVED 4 MINUTES AFTER ME AND THE COUPLE WHO ARRIVED 6 MINUTES AFTER ME! Sorry for the wait my behind. They should say sorry we enjoy standing around doing nothing even though WE HAVE CARRYOUT ORDERS ON OUR SCREEN. Because that's what they do. 3 of them standing there TALKING when I arrived and 1 cooking veggies. And I could see my order AND 3 other orders for carryout on the computer screen.
Placed a pickup order ahead of time scheduled for a certain time. When I arrived the place was busy and spoke to a staff member and was told they had a high number of to go orders. Even though I had ordered almost an hour before it hadn't even been started. And in the 15 minutes I was waiting and watching not 1 to go orders was being worked on. Only people in line were being helped. So I told the staff member to cancel my order and left. Sick of restaurants treating to go orders as less of a priority than people in line. I placed my order an hour before these people walked in. If you can't prioritize orders properly then you shouldn't be managing...
Read moreI’m giving this place a 2 because the 2 young men who made our food were so kind and upbeat. You could tell they were trying otherwise I’d rate this place a 1. There was a girl working the register who not only argued with me about a comment I made, to my husband ?? but also told us that without our rewards card they could not let us participate in the program (I had forgotten my card) All that being said, she ended up printing our receipt and saying we could enter the code after the fact and still get rewards. Perfect, except while showing us the code she accidentally put a line through it with black marker so we could not read the code. I asked her to please print us another one so we could read it and she became immediately agitated. My husband asked for the manager explaining the situation and asked for a new receipt to which they replied, “we have no way to print a new receipt for you. How about we give you a free entree?”And although we appreciated the entree coupon, there was no apology or desire to rectify the situation. We were calm and kind but felt like we were a complete annoyance to the girl working the register. We will not return to that location. Additionally they were out of lettuce until Monday...And the pop machine...
