D'Olivo Tasting Bar — Local services in Walla Walla

As someone who loves to travel and has experienced the amazing hospitality and food in countries like Italy, France, Morocco, and many others, I can honestly say that D’Olivo Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar are a must-have. The quality of these products rivals some of the best I’ve had abroad, and it’s so great to have them right here in Walla Walla. It really lets you feel like you’re experiencing the flavors of those outside countries, even while you’re here.

I often buy them as gifts for friends and family, and they’re always a hit. Whether you’re looking to elevate your cooking or simply enjoy some fantastic flavors, D’Olivo is my go-to place. I also love picking up some sourdough bread to pair with it—nothing beats the taste!

I stopped in here today mostly just to kill some time. I do my fair share of cooking from scratch and I definitely prefer to use quality ingredients.

I spent quite a bit of time with Michael. He was very attentive, incredibly knowledgeable, and above all helpful. To add to that, he offered sample after sample, there was no end or limit in sight. I probably could have just tanked up on bread and on oils and vinegars.

I didn't know what to expect from an olive oil tasting room but had a great time. The tasting room has a wide selection of olive oils, balsamic vinegars, flavored salts, sugars and spices. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and suggested a number of olive oil ad vinegar pairings. I was impressed with the quality and value of their offerings. The prices are only a bit higher than the poor quality grocery store offerings.
