I live in Oklahoma & had been trying to replace a 15 yr old wedding ring that I lost without much luck in the area that I live in. I called & spoke with owner (Moe) & was instantly surprised at his knowledge and service orientation. I was a bit nervous about making such a big purchase at a place over 1800 miles away, but felt comfortable after my conversation with Moe. Moe created a replacement ring that was even better than what I dreamed, it's so beautiful & I couldn't be more satisfied & happy that I choose D&D Jewelry for my purchase. I originally gave this place 3 stars and I mentioned that I thought the owner didn’t spend enough time informing me. Then he had the gall to reply saying that I brought him “a box of junk” and then added an insult to my late mother saying, “I’m sorry your mother didn’t leave you anything good.” He claimed he’s busy and didn’t feel like explaining anything else to me. He’s arrogant and rude. This is not how a friendly business works. He may have “40 years experience” in jewelry but he’s got zero experience in customer service. Your reply just confirmed what I said. I NEVER tried to sell you anything. I had previously stopped in and told you I had some things that I wasn’t sure if they had any value. It was YOUR suggestion that I should bring them in for you to look at. Now you’re lying saying I tried to sell you “fake jewelry.” You’re lucky I don’t sue you for defamation.
