The wife has shopped here several times. Recently there were shoes she wanted, but she didn't buy then. After she left, I called up talked with what sounded like a younger female that was on the other side of the store, told me they had the shoes. I inquired as to buy them and have my wife come back, as I am on the east coast and she is on the west coast. The girl understood, told me they just switched credit card machines and they couldn't get the transaction to go through. She told me she was calling the owner and would call me back. She called me back told me to buy them online, gave me the product code and once that was done she could come pick them up. I immediately purchased them online and called back and got Bee. Bee was less than helpful, told me the information was inaccurate, these are seasonal workers and they have to ship them to the address due to a technicality. I explained to her several times these were a surprise and the story behind it. Bee refused to budge, again stating to go online and cancel the transaction and then she could pick them up. Again, completely defies the reason behind why I wanted to SURPRISE her. No matter how much I talked to her, this technicality got in the way and apparently the girls/seasonal workers were misunderstood by what the owner told them directly. This conversation went on and on and on, with Bee being completely uninformed on how to "modify" once paid. I do not know what the deal is, but the inconsistent information is beyond from the employees or as Bee said, their "seasonal employees."    Read moreworse consignment store and customer service ever! very unprofessional, unfriendly staff! i drove almost 45 minutes to pick up my clothes i had consigned and when i got home, i noticed that a few of my items were missing and that i was also given the wrong item for one of them. After i got a call back from letting them know, the manager had told me she had found 2 items. I was very upset because i had to make another trip back the next day. upon picking up my items, i had also given the associate back the item that wasn't mine and had explain to the new associate my situation. When she looked up my account, she had told me that the item i brought back matched the description shown listed on my account.I told her that's a mistake and showed her a picture of my item. She had this look like i was lying to her and didn't believe me. I was VERY upset and was trying to holding myself back from yelling or getting mad at her. She also was trying to brush me away and that she would let the manager know i came in and will she will call me back. I had told her when i spoke to the manager, she had told me i was welcome to come in and look for it on the racks. So unprofessional of them to let me look for it, when it's their job to do so. Very surprisingly, i had found my item right away! Never ever again i will step into this store!!    Read moreThe worst customer service ever. Itâs like they donât care about customer retention or even getting first time customers. They have a consignment policy that jncludes item mark downs deepending on the length of time it takes the item to sell. I recently purchased a dress that I saw for the first time more than. 5 months ago. They would only give me a 10% discount but the discount on the policy was 35% after 90 days which means after 6 months rhe mark down should have been greater. It makes me wonder if they lower what they give the owner for the item but donât pass rhe markdown on to the store customer. After waiting almost two weeks to receive the item I purchased over the phone I emailed the store and then phoned them twice without a reply. A day after my last call, I received a Shop notification that a label had been created that same day and that the package was on the way. So they hadnât even bothered to ship the dress after I paid for it. Nor did they call me back or reply to my email. Horrible. It would be doubly awful if they only gone the seller her share based on an after make down price per their policy which would be 50% when I paid 90% of the original price. This was a terrible purchase experience and it was not much better when I made an in store purchase. I should have learned a lesson the first time....
