I just came back home after a fitting at this Dublin location. I’m going to go straight to the point: Michael has been extremely rude, arrogant, careless and unprofessional. I understand a bad day but my whole 15 minutes in that store with him were among the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Answering back at every question with attitude, snapping back and almost belittling me, and even claimed that some workers at Men’s Wearhouse are bad but he is great (when I asked him what it meant that the groom asked me to tell him about “extra slim” pants). Manipulative and rude with me when I inquired about why there was a price difference between the price that my friend groom told me and the price that he was giving me, only replying “my price is right!”. No other explanation. I did not want to get in any argument, I gave him the benefit of the doubt of a “bad day” and I just left the store with bitterness in my mouth. But I would love to be contacted by the store manager to understand why such unprofessionalism and to see if anything is being done to address this employee’s horrible attitude and work ethics. Simply unacceptable! And I’m dropping down $220! I hope this changes at my final fitting and unless I have proof of things being addressed I will discourage Men’s Wearhouse to any groom friends I...
Read moreI am never one to post about places but I recently had such a horrible experience here. My fiancé and I came here to get the process started for our wedding in June. We were greeted by an associate, he didn't bother telling us his name. We told him what we were there for and he told us we would have to pay today. Which we knew. His tone was so unprofessional and uncomfortable. He had us do the quiz and walked away. Came back and I personally had some questions about the process and how it would work best with my fiancé groomsmen. He barely answered any of our questions and showed us a very small selection of jackets. We asked what these could be paired with and he barely answered us and proceeded to walk away again. At this point we were very uncomfortable about the process so far and felt like we were being a bother rather than getting help. We decided to leave my fiancé called the store and asked to speak with the manager when he spoke to the manager all she stated was that she would have a talk with that associate. She didn't seem like she cared about the awful experience we just had. It just sucks because we had heard great things about men's warehouse and we were excited in giving them our business for our upcoming wedding but after this we decided to go...
Read moreWe had an absolutely terrible experience in the store this weekend. I walked in the store with my fiancee to pick out a suit or tuxedo for our wedding. We entered the store, to the left was a single employee working with a customer and on the right was two employees standing side by side at the counters. We walked all the way over to the two employees, making eye contact the entire walk and neither acknowledged us at all. I made it all the way to the counter and stood there for about 10 seconds before I started the conversation by asking if this was where I start. Both employees looked confused, and asked "what do you need" and I explained to them why we came in. One employee then showed us 4 tuxedos and asked if we wanted one of those or if we wanted to look at suits. I said probably suits at this point and he seemed annoyed and said "then I have to pass you to the other guy". If its possible, that guy was even more annoyed, never made eye contact and just tossed the suits on the table and said these are the options, one is $99 more and it comes with free alterations.
While both suits were well within range, we could not stand there anymore feeling like we were an annoyance to a business. We left and will never be back,...
