Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Columbus

Placed two orders recently.

The positives: I gave this place three stars because it is clean and the workers are friendly. They get my online order correct. Also the food has good flavor. The seasonings and sauces are very good. The portion sizes are good for the price and it is nice they offer the healthy zucchini noodle option.

The negatives: Got the Parmesan crusted chicken both times. It is insanely salty. I love salty food and eat more salt than most people but it is even too salty for me. The first time I went here, I ordered the Thai chicken soup which was very good, but only 1/3 of my bowl was filled. It was totally a ripoff for the price and I will never order soup there again. The second time, I ordered a zucchini noodle dish which was swimming in water at the bottom of the bowl. The zoodles themselves were still crunchy. I got a side of macaroni and cheese which was literally plain macaroni noodles with melted cheese on top. It was bad and I will never...

I have been to a bunch on Noodles & Company but I’ve never had flavor like this at any of them. I had the Japanese Pan Noodles and everything about it was amazing, the noodles had a wonderful thickness that made the sauce taste even better. The steak was juicy and perfectly seasoned. My wife had the Alfredo MonteAmore with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken and it was just as good in the opposite way, the noodles were soft but not in a bad way, and the chicken was perfectly crunchy on the outside. I have to say the whole experience was made better by the customer service. The General Manager Mrs. Cooper took our order while her staff were working in the kitchen and after our order was taken she immediately went to the kitchen to help cook since there wasn’t anyone else that needed to place an order. Since we’ve been here she’s been running orders to customers while working in the kitchen and taking orders. Leadership by example is something that’s been in short supply but she exemplifies it...

Noodles is one of those places that you might think; "... noodles aren't that exciting, I make that at home.." but you'd be wrong as this isn't the stuff you're likely to make at home! Here are some excellent, flavorful, and filling dishes to satisfy everyone's culinary tastes. A rich variety of fresh vegetables combined with several meat choices if you'd like, and a selection of rich and hearty sauces too, you pick and choose your own ingredients! The friendly staff is very personally attentive and willing to help you with your selections, they even provide table service so you don't have to get up and break away from your meal. The atmosphere is simple and consumer friendly; easy for the store to maintain and keep clean but there's not much to look at, just practical simplicity.
