Beware ordering delivery! They force delivery drivers to use the always busy regular drive-through lane causing long waits for food that is ready and just sits in the restaurant getting cold. If you order delivery and it's late and cold, this policy is why. Edit: That second part of your reply is a lie. You outsource your first-party orders to Doordash especially if it's a long-distance or low-tipping order. If you really want to improve things, make a few of the parking spots facing the drive-through dedicated delivery spots. Then when your order-takers have a free moment, they get the names from the parked cars and radio them inside. Then someone brings out a batch of delivery orders, hands them to the correct cars, and the delivery drivers can leave without having to wait for every single car in front of them in the drive-through to exit before they can.
Why are your dine-in customers so much more important than your drive-through and delivery customers? It truly baffles me why you would make two avenues of customer experiences worse to make just one better. And you have a separate in-store pick-up counter from the main cashier counter, so I don't even get why letting people pick-up in-store affects the...
Read moreLet me start by saying I have ordered more catered meals for my office team in the last 20 years then I can count. This is my first time writing a review for one of those meals. The gentleman who delivered it was Brian Siktberg. Not sure what his official title is, but I'm guessing he's a manager. By far the most professional, personable, and considerate person I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was exactly on time, friendly, engaging and set everything up for our lunch with care and attention to detail. He gave me the receipt and then I asked him for the other receipt to sign that had the place for the tip. He said there wasn't one and our food order was the tip. And then I made a passing comment about how I'm an idiot and probably didn't order enough sauces for everything. He immediately offered to go back to the restaurant to get some. I said no it was my fault and he did not have to do that. He kept offering and I kept telling him not to. Shortly after he left, I was sitting down eating my sandwich and in walks Brian with a whole bag full of sauces and a big smile. Just an absolutely great guy and a great customer experience. We will be getting many more of our meals from them...
Read moreVery disappointing experience on 8/9, we frequent this location and have had numerous occasions in which they forget something small in the bag, certain times I will drive back and other times it is too inconvenient. Today we got all the way home to see an entire salad missing, cold cheese sauce, and no chick fil a sauce, so we had no choice but to go back. While in line waiting to receive our missing items there were multiple kids that were walking around the lanes, some even dancing in and out of their cars, when I finally was able to get someone’s attention, I let them know that I was missing a salad and that I had been waiting so long that my food I ordered was now cold. When they brought the salad they apologized and said that the system was down, I told them that it wasn’t their fault but I was just upset that my dinner was now cold, I wasn’t offered for anything to be remade and when I got home my Cobb salad was missing the crispy bell peppers that usually come with it. I understand a one time mistake or if it was something smaller but I don’t think I will be back to this location due to the amount of times I’ve...
