Rothy’s Georgetown is a frequent destination for our family. The store is very clean and well run, the number of people inside the store during Covid was limited to make it safer for everyone! The staff at Rothy’s always recognizes us and helps us with whatever we need, they are able to answer questions that we have and will find answers if they don’t have them. Cory and Cathie are always fun and thoughtful. Rothy’s have been a great choice for me, I love being able to wash my shoes AND purses, totes... the kids shoes have been really awesome for my kids because they are comfy, no odor and washable!!!
Stop by the Georgetown store and see what the fuss is all about, Rothy’s aren’t comparable to Tiek’s or Allbirds, they are not only sustainable but they are washable and have more than just casual shoe designs PLUS purses, totes, vanity sets, wallets and organizers...
Read moreI had a great experience at this location. Two very sweet and helpful ladies assisted me even though I had to come in 10 min before closing (sorry again!). I have been wearing Rothy's for several years now but have always ordered online. Do yourself a favor and go in person if you can. They were able to help me with sizing for each style because of how knowledgeable they were. They had everything I was looking for in stock and even helped me get the right fit for my sister who wasn't even there in person. If they don't have what you're looking for they offer free shipping when you order there. The best part about the whole thing is they told me I could recycle the old pair of Rothy's I wore to the store and get money off my new pair. I had no idea that was possible! Highly recommend this location and Rothy's products in general :)...
Read moreBrooklyn the male associate was amazing he was kind and greeted me as soon as I came into the store. The other associate with the baby shark hair cut (female blonde) was extremely rude. She looked right pass me as if I didn’t exist. Brooklyn was standing far behind her and he greeted me with a warm smile and bright eyes. When I asked if they Carried their brand in a store named ECCO she couldn’t have been more condescending. I’ll never shop here again. It’s a cold place that’s obviously only used to seeing White Women shop there. I love my new shoes and Brooklyn was amazing. But everyone else in the store was cold, and acted like I didn’t even exist. But when other white patrons came into the store they were more than happy to greet them. This is my last pair of Rothy’s. African Americans know quality brands too. Im extremely...
