Ordered a dining table and they agreed to replace it in March and said it won’t be available until mid may. When it was available, they couldn’t get a delivery date until June 8. And today, the delivery company updates the tracking that they forgot to load the table on the truck. I have older parents. A disabled brother and two toddlers in the house. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We ordered the table considering it was solid wood but the service has been an issue for an expensive table. Stick with local companies that can provide better service. Xavier - Moe’s representative has been very patient throughout the process but things are out of his hands. The management needs to check their process otherwise they are going to have unhappy customers....

My only feedback is please stop using FastFrate shipping to complete your deliveries in Canada. Not only are their delivery drivers ill-equipped to complete a delivery, rude, Misogynistic, their customer service is also unhelpful.
