Good: Most of it. The shop has a clean, open layout with a few free-standing chest-high racks, making it easy to navigate through recent releases, back issues, and other merchandise. I always appreciate an airy bookstore or comic book store, rather than the claustrophobic feeling of shelves crashing down on me. It's easy to navigate by your favourite publishers, and identify where you need to be. Lots of open space makes it comfortable to sort through back issue boxes for anything in particular, or maneuver around comfortably and admire the collectibles or thumb through the latest issues in search of whatever you want. I've been coming to this store since 2015, but I will not be back again. They used to be my last resort but will no longer be on my list of options. I now remember why I stopped my pull order from these greedy people. NOT A...

I called and spoke with an associate and explained what had happened, she said that I couldn't get a refund; furthermore, she said "you should've read the sign, it says no refund". I asked again, does this apply to being sold broken merchandise? there was a bit of laughter in her voice when she replied with "I don't know what to tell you". I will Never spend another dollar in this...
