Iv been shopping here for 2 years now but the past year I have been very disappointed, the fruits always seem ok but rotten when you cut into them . It started with watermelon, then peaches and the list goes on. I also bought their ribs at some point kept in fridge for a day , tried to cook them and discovered they were off. The smell was so bad I canât eat ribs anymore to date. Im a Chef! So I know when food is off. I keep going back hoping for better,..Bought some liver, was so much bile even when cooked the meat was sour. It keeps getting worse. They buy old stock and just donât care. Who carries cash these days? If they are more concerned with nickel and dining me by not paying a standard cost of doing business, credit fees, than with the convenience of their potential customers and donât want my $7 purchase unless I carry cash, there are numerous other middle eastern stores on my travel path that are similarly stocked and will gladly take my cards. When I went to buy it for the first time I was looking for bags and the young man at the bakery rudely pointed towards where it was and waved his hands and seriously shook his head and waved his hands in a demeaning way. I told him it wasnât something to get angry over since itâs my first time buying bread from there and he said âoh okâ as he didnât care. I left and let the cashier know of my experience and I still have the feeling I shouldâve belittled him in front of everyone.
