Relish Brand — Local services in Grayslake

Well Id like to like this brand, but considering that they would like to “judge my character”over an email I sent to them for a refund.

Lets start: I ordered a shirt. I get confirmation that my order went through that same night. Next morning I get an email saying that they ran out of stock of the Size I bought & that they can swap it for a bigger or smaller size. I respond in an email with not understanding how that can happen after I purchased it & it just seemed fishy but whatever. Didn’t hear back for a day. checked to see if I got my refund & did not. I reply to the same email thread asking just for a refund. Nothing else & didnt say anything rude in my second email; Ill admit i was not happy in my first but I think anybody wouldnt be. 5 minutes later to my reply I get an email back saying i have a refund, great! But following along with that Derrick Baker proceeds to then call me “Entitled” due to my tone in my first email & being clueless about how a small business is ran during the holidays. Excuse me? Sorry you didnt state in your email to me that it was a printing issue & not a stock issue? Regardless of whatever issue, there was not transparency to what the issue was, just told to switch my sizes. If i was told there was a printing issue the first time around, i would have happily waited until after the holidays to receive the order. How this was handled was so unprofessional & extremely rude. I mentioned in my first email that having poor website management eventually makes a business sink. Never called anyone names. So BUYER BEWARE: they may say they have your size or product on the website but they actually might not? I truly dont think this business is horrible but how they handled this whole situation...

I have made 4 or 5 purchases from Relish Brand over the last 3ish months and each time I am BLOWN away by the quality of apparel I receive. There is truly no detail left unspoken and everything is super comfy. Not the mention the designs are absolutely insane! I have given some apparel to friends/family as gifts and they also love it.

I always look forward to the sticker I will be getting with my purchase and always giggle when I find the mini glizzy candy in the package. Shipping has constantly been super quick (I am within 15ish miles of the store).

My boyfriend has been dreaming of this brand for the longest time…he moved from the Chicago area to Indiana for me, and I couldn’t have found a better brand to capture the nostalgia and his style more than the Relish Brand!
