I typically just review places we like and enjoy. But we had a horrible experience and have to write about it. We bought a toy hard foam sword for our nephew. Left the store and went to Nordstrom Rack. When we inspected the sword closer, noticed some damage towards tip of the sword. We went back to exchange it. The owner or clerk had the nerve to say that nephew was a "picky person." I dismissed it at the time and we walked away with the exchanged item. The more we thought about it, the more it bothered us. Within the hour, we decided to take it back to try and get a refund. He became even more rude and tried to accuse us that we damaged it and would not take it back since we exchanged it already. We did buy other tiems along with that purchase. It was really terrible customer service and we would NOT recommend anyone purchasing anything from this store. At the very least, I would highly suggest to double check the item you are looking at BEFORE paying for it. He changed attitudes as soon as we left and paid. Then he didn't want anything to do with the customer anymore....

Please do yourself the favor and do not walk into this store. The guy working there today assumes anyone who isn’t Asian is either stealing or without money. I walked in wanting to look at the anime swords he had and I asked if I could just simply see it I didn’t want to hold it I just simply wanted him to pull it out of its guard and display it but he kept trying to beat around it and start mentioning the tariffs and if I had money and how much I have on me. All I wanted was to look at the sword and see if it was worth purchasing. It was the weirdest experience I have ever encountered the employee made me very uncomfortable and my sister who was with me. My sister wanted to look at the bracelets and didn’t see the no touching sign so she picked up the bracelet to have a better look and he freaked out about it. Please if you don’t want to have an unusual experience/uncomfortable do not walk in here. These workers are rude and will discriminate you if you aren’t the same...

The bad reviews are not lying! You walk in and right away you feel unwelcomed because damn near every display says DON'T TOUCH!! One sign said if you steal you will have bad karma! Just the wrong energy all around. This is no metaphysical store, as it's advertised. I walked in looking for crystals and incense resin and they had neither. Over half the store were swords and knives, which was unexpected. So I asked the girl at the counter if their was a sword she could suggest that embodies strong feminine power (like my name) and she looked baffled. She called a guy over and he said "we don't know we just use to customers saying I want that one"., and "I just manage". They have no knowledge about the products they sale. They are just placed their to sale. The name of the store is misleading and suggest a calm and welcoming space but the undercurrent is distrust and impatience. They should...
