I would give this place a 0 if I was able to came in an hr before closing seen they had a sale on the screen that said last two hrs u can get $40 for the price of $20 so I said ok that seems like a good idea well I went up to the old gentleman and asked how to get it do I use the kiosk or do I do it with him and he shook his head no and I said no and he said it’s an hr before closing I politely said it’s ok an hr is ok and he shook his head no to me again and I said oh u can’t do it and he said very rudely u have an hr left if any money gets left in there u will loose it and I said oh that’s ok in my mind thinking I was already planning on giving my 3 kids a 20 each to play if they don’t use it all that’s ok because it was still the same I was prepared to spend on each but he continues to shake his head while mumbling god knows what under his breath can’t really hear him because he’s wearing a mask and he says again about how there’s one hour left and I said as politely u know what that’s ok we will just leave I found it very rude as a place of business who has to deal with customers mind u there was other ppl there it’s not like it was empty and he didn’t want to have to wait or work because it was almost closing time , I wish I would of read the reviews before attempting to come in because now it makes sense that our experience was what it was due to the rudeness that seems to be a common thing at this place and I keep seeing that they will address the staff which I guess they either don’t or aren’t doing a very good job if it’s still an issue till this day , ruined our family outing very disappointed in the costumer...

Don't waste your money. After the first 4 games we played had something off about them (no sound on a shooting video game, 2nd player mode not working on a kids game, claw dropping immediately upon payment, scoring not working, no balls on the clown knocking over game, etc) I asked for more credit, which the young attendant gave.

The next game we played (a water shooting game, that had no water) I gave up and asked for my money back. Young kid side only the manager could do that, so I said call them. No luck. This is exactly what AMEX charge backs are for. I'll get my money back one way or another, Had I been given a full refund I wouldn't have taken the time to write this review, instead I have to go through the hassle of getting my credit card company to help out.

This place is a rip off because they clearly don't maintain...

The employees seemed to really hate being there. Their system for game cards is confusing, and when I asked for clarity regarding how it worked, the guys behind the counter acted annoyed. Two different guys gave me different rundowns of pricing and how the family pack works. One guy told me that if I buy the family pack that the type of games we could play would be limited to specific games, and I should just buy points instead. The other guy told me that if I get the pack, I would have unlimited play on all games for an hour. I again asked for clarity in what the best option was for my family of 3 because I was given...
