We’ve had our Lovesac Sactional about four years now and couldn’t be happier with it. It falls into the top 3 purchases we’ve ever made! Originally we bought it in Towson before the York location was open and had an amazing experience throughout the process. Recently I went into the York location just to see what’s new and the three associates were so friendly and helpful. We priced out new covers and on the spot they helped me order replacement shoes because the lament was peeling on ours. Nothing functional just a cosmetic issue and they took care of it all with full replacements under warranty. No questions no hassle just ordered them!
