Placed a mobile order and waited 5 minutes after I placed it before entering the drivethrough as I saw no other cars in your drivethru and didn't see anyone but employees inside. I was perfectly fine with waiting for my order, I didn't rush you, I wasn't rude to you. I just wanted you to know I was there so my drinks aren't just sitting there melting. I'd like you to do your job, and do it properly. Which is to make my drinks the way I requested when I paid for them. I paid a lot, I will sit and wait. It is unprofessional in my opinion, to tell me to give you more time in the future to complete my order. Especially when I wasn't at all annoyed by the wait. Also quite rude when my frappucinos were then also made incorrectly, only one was a creme frappucino. The others should be the coffee ones, and they are definitely lacking in that. You need to have better manners and do your job correctly or I fear you will continue to lose more business. I doubt I'll be back to this location and I won't be reccomending it to others.

There a lot of new employees coming through as jobs are opening due to COVID. Be patient. These drinks take time and are not as easy as 1-2-3 as one reviewer has suggested. 2. As for the traffic wrapping around the parking lot, it is extremely hard to change the parking lot to suit your needs. Consider trying an alterior method of actually coming into the store to order as there is plenty of parking spaces available and most dining rooms are open (especially at this location!)
