WARNING!!! This place is not customer friendly. Ordered to go for my family. Young girl at the counter took my order. She was nice but also new. Got some pancake meals with sides, I also asked for butter and syrup for the pancakes. Waited about 20 mins, heard the girl that took my order back in the kitchen telling the cook that he’s was missing items so I’m thinking she’s on this. After a couple more minutes she comes out with 3 bags. I left her a tip and thanked her. I told her it was my wife’s birthday and she was sick with pneumonia and bronchitis and all she wanted was blueberry pancakes. After tip I spent over $100. When I get home I come to find that I was missing an order of 2 eggs, an order of scrapple, no whipped cream on my chocolate chip pancakes(which I specifically asked for) and no butter or syrup (we had to use what we had at home). I called the restaurant right away and talked to the manager, I told that everyone was nice enough but I was missing items and wanted a refund and asked if I could just stop back in the next day after work, as I didn’t want to drive the 40 mins there and back while everyone else was eating. We ended sharing the food we actually got. She apologized and said that would be fine. Fast forward to the next day when I go in to get my refund, she says she remembered me and rings in the items I was missing and told me they would be ready in a few minutes. I told her that I didn’t want the items as I already had dinner arrangements for today, I just wanted my money back. She said she needed to talk to her general manager (who never came out from the back to talk to me) and that all they could do was a gift card. I told them I didn’t want it and turned around a walked out. All I wanted was my money back for the items I didn’t receive. How hard is this really? I will not be back, not that they seem to care, my recommendation is to go to dennys down the road, it’s cheaper and the food is better. I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before this place is a Spirit Halloween location! GO...
Read moreThe only good thing about this place is the chef's cooking. When the host sat our party of 3, he only provided 1 set of silverware. I guess we were supposed to share. Our server Brianna never brought us more silverware either, we literally had to get up and get it ourselves. Then I had ordered an alcoholic drink, when the bartender delivered it he expressed that he had no idea how to make it (despite it being one of their signature drinks) and if it was unpleasant he qould replace it. It was really bad but I appreciated his offer so I requested a screwdriver, vodka and oj is simple enough right?? Unfortunately he wasn't sure how to make that either, but none the less Google saved the day. My 8yr old daughter ordered off the kid's menu. 7.99 for little spaghetti n meatballs, perfect right??? Well as I mentioned the food itself was delicious. Our brain dead server Brianna came by to ask if we wanted any refills, my daughter did. So she took her cup and never came back. 20 minutes later she comes back and asks if we needed anything to which I requested we had my daughter's drink. Her response was "oh I guess I should've gotten that"....... really??? Whatever, move along because the food is good. Then she brings the check.... she charged my daughter's kid's meal as a full price dinner entree, charged for 3 drinks despite the bartender stating he would replace it free of charge, and charged for an additional beverage for bringing my daughter's fountain drink back.... when I bring it to her attention her response is "oh I must not have been paying attention when I put the order in." Excuse me?! It is quite clear you weren't paying attention at any point. Worst staff service ever. The chef's though, find a better establishment where people can actually enjoy...
Read moreI just had a very bad experience with take out service. I have come there often for desert take out and receive good service. This time I received very bad service. At first I was acknowledged right away by a waitress coming from the dining room and she told me that she would be right with me. However, the girl at the register asked me if I needed help after the other waitress had told me she would be right back. So I told the girl at the register that I had been waited on. Misunderstanding on both of us. Because she remained at the register and asked me what I wanted and didn't come over to the desert case to see what I wanted but wanted to wait on me at a distance I asked her to come over there to wait on me because I had some questions to ask her about the deserts. Anyway to cut this as short as I can. When she finally came over to the case I told her that it was bad service to wait on me from a distance. Her reply was that I was rude. I felted she was being rude standing at the register to wait on me. She proceeded to tell me that she had to ring up what I wanted so that she wouldn't forget. Also, she told me that I was acting like a six or sixteen year old. Also, you don't ring up the customer's bill until you get it for them first. Anyway, I did not appreciate the way she talked to me at all. Like I said I come there often for take out desert and was never treated so bad and received such bad service. I will remember this but, hope that it will never happen again! However, the girl on the register needs some proper training on how to handle customers. The girl ended the exchange by telling me to have a good rest of my day. But, like I said she had already spoiled my day with her bad service. Just thought you...
