Ok folks, let me tell you tale of our experience at the OG. This night started with a trip to Lowes to purchase a new throne for our abode it gonna be awesome! We became hungry, and our plan was to hit the lyndon diner for some diner grub. However, the truck veered right and into the parking lot of OG we landed. Now, let's be clear. It is OG, and our expectations were not high going into this venture, so with that being said, we continued on. It was busy, so we sat at one of the high tops by the bar because we were hungry and the wait was 20 minutes. We got there at about 6. The bar was not busy, and I noticed there was one bartender behind the bar at prime time grub time. Now, here is where things go downhill, we got our water, which we ordered and placed our order for calamari, 3 meat manicotti and stuffed chicken marsala, the bartender took our order and we waited and waited and waited and waited. Meanwhile, the only bartender at the bar has been filling orders from the dining room on BOTH side of the bar, running back and forth, clearing tables around the bar area, trying to make everyone happy and let me tell you MacKenzie F was ripping and tearing. We finally got our calamari 30 minutes later. With help from MacKenzie giving the kitchen hell, and then came the entrée. One word, NOPE! Long story short, the calamari was like it came out of a crucible, and the entrée looked like undercooked Chimichangas. We were comped with a dessert and a gift card, which we used immediately, because we will not be back. If I could give this place a zero, I would totally sucked. 5 stars for MacKenzie F she was working so hard and was trying to do all she could to make everyone happy in the bar and dining room. She needs a raise, OG! Thanks, MacKenzie, for all you did. we appreciate your hard work. Your rock girl!!

As Franchises and Chain Places go, Olive Garden is a 50/50. The food is generally good, but the service lacks, or the service is good and the food fails to meet expectations. This location just can't seem to get it right all around. I've been here 2-3 times a year for the last maybe 25 years... Some times are great, others not so much. On average, they just come out... Average. This was actually my second time here in two weeks. I really had a taste for that salad and bread sticks, haha. This trip was just okay. Salad was okay, bread was not hot and a little hard. The Entrees we got were good, everyone enjoyed the food. The service was less desirable. A newer seeming older lady mixed up a couple things, made an off-wall comment, and in general just didn't meet expectations. Drinks went unfilled after first delivery, and two of us got the LimeMixers, which were obviously not made correctly by color and taste. Never had a chance to say anything, as waitress was absent or inattentive between quick stop-bys. Ending Summary, food was worth the longer serve time (at lunch), but the service deserved no tip :( I'm sure I will return, but hoping for a better experience.

Up front I confess, I have eaten more times at this restaurant, then any other in York County. I know what to expect going in. Food is consistent, it's served hot, and the service is good. Plus on this last visit 11/11/2020 it was Veteran's Day. And Olive Garden created a special menu just for us vets !! Not just a dessert, but a whole meal. Place was packed with some old vet's and believe me, this was better then any experience I ever had in an Army mess hall ! I must have had five different employees thank me for my service. You guy's made me feel so good and appreciated, you had me crying once I got back into my car. As long as you keep your doors open, I will keep coming back ! My only "complaint" is I learned with disappointment that you stopped that white lemon sponge like cake. I always ordered that. Didn't get a dessert, pumpkin cheesecake simply didn't appeal to me. Consider bringing in back ? Thanks again !!!

Worst experience: bad food, waited 30 minutes for a manager whom never came! Details: My best friend and I went for her birthday. It was a little after they opened, around 11:10 am. We got sat promptly into the cafe section. The bartender/server was nice, though we could hear her complaining about being double sat. Our appetizer came in a timer manner and were decent. Then my meal came, cheese ravioli with meat sauce. Some sections of the raviolis and sauce were burned. I tried one since looks can be deceiving. Parts of the ravioli were crunchy and burned. While the middle was gummy. I do not normally return food but this was disgusting. This made MREs taste like fine dining. It took about ten minutes to get our servers attention because she was busy prepping the bar. When she finally arrived, she took the food and asked if I wanted anything else. Which I did not and then she said a manager will come and talk to me shortly. We waited for 30 minutes and the manager never showed. I wasted an hour of my life there and the server had to split the check just to remove the dish so I could pay the bill. Save your time and money and go elsewhere! As we were leaving, 3 ladies and an infant left. She told the hostess the she had been there before the last four groups which had been sat. All they said was “well we have a table ready for you now!” No apologies and no explanation as to why she had waited. Had a manager actually showed up and talked to me, I would have give the place another chance. But to wait just for a manager for 30 minutes to never show, not only delayed our departure but has made it so that I will never go back and will warn all family and friends from the place. I have never written a review but this experience was so insulting that I had to...

I went to olive garden yesterday for pick up. The girl came out with my food and then took my card back inside. She brings back my receipt and tells me i don't need to sign because they're not handing out pens. My receipt says $21.27. But my text sent to my phone from my card saying 25 and some change. I call back ask if they charging for curbside pick up. They say no. I ask to speak to the manager and she gets on the phone. She tells me only 21 was taken out. I tell her everywhere else I went that day I was charged exact except there so im confused.I ask for cooperate number and she never gives it to me. Tells me to call next day at 1 and speak to her manager. So I do so. After being on hold forever that manager finally answers. I explain situation she tells me that nothing was taken off thats just automatic tip percentage. Confused I'm like why would my bank take that out unless it was charged? I tell her I've contacted them already but I will contact again because it doesn't make sense. Her tone in her voice then became very rude. Mind u I have her on speaker so everyone in my house can hear her and don't appreciate her tone. I then tell her listen I know times are hard but I don't appreciate you being rude. She tells me she's not being rude as her voice elevates when she speaks to me. I continue to tell her how rude she being about my concern and she straight up hung up on me . This location has had some of the rudest employees ever! Don't get into management if your gonna treat your customers like this when they're concerned about extra money being taken out their card. If the tip thing is true then okay but there was no need to be so rude and hang up. This is the 2nd time I've had to deal with rudeness at this location. Definitely will not...
