Westgate Unlimited — Restaurant in West Manchester Township

Absolutely the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had... I’ve been going to west gate with my family since I was little and I have never had such a bad experience. We had a party of eight and we got there and asked prices of the beer the waitress rolled her eyes and said she didn’t know seemed irritated... then we ordered our some of our party got alcoholic beverages they came out first took about ten minutes the rest of us got regular fountain drinks it took over 15 min to get the drinks..then we ordered appetizers we ordered ranch with the appetizers they brought them out no ranch so when she brought them I asked again for the ranch....after we were done the appetizers she brought the ranch which we obviously no longer needed.. we ordered our food it took over an hour to come to the table seven dinners came out mine did not and she walked away so I politely said excuse me I didn’t get mine she rolled her eyes and snapped “I know I’m getting it” (I wouldn’t have asked but she didn’t say anything when she walked awayand at that point I didn’t have a lot of confidence that she remembered it) then we ended up finishing our meals my brother asked for another beer and she huffed at him and he apologized for ordering one which is crazy but she ended up getting him one... so when we were done I had to go to the front to ask for boxes and a check because she hadn’t checked in with us the entire time we were there also while we were waiting for the food she never said anything to us either like your order is almost ready or thanks for your patience..nothing. So we got our checks we got three separate checks and my check had all the ranches on it which by the way we didn’t need because they got there after we finished our food. She also put wrong appetizers on wrong checks and once again when we let her know she got agitated with us. So I’ve never left a review or called to complain in my life but I just felt like I should call the restaurant so I called and asked to speak to a manager they said speaking so I started explaining my experience and I started saying she didn’t know any of the prices of the beer and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and said yeah neither do I wouldn’t expect her too... if she would have let me finish my sentence I she would have known I was going to say she didn’t know the prices of the beer which I completely understand but when we asked what the price was she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at us and said she didn’t know. So i will not be going there again and neither will my friends and family and we have a lot of friends that go there frequently. Very...

Oh my God. What can I say about this place twice now? I've had the pizza there and twice I've loved it and the prices are phenomenal. Yes you have to use cash because they haven't moved into the 21st century and got a. Card machine but the food is excellent. I've had a gyro pizza twice. I had a Reuben pizza and then literally the other day we ordered for the family and got our own take on a Hawaiian and just an extra cheese and let me tell you something. The pizza blows away pretty much anybody I've ever been at. Good thick crust. Plenty of cheese. Excellent amount of toppings and the environment is peaceful and quiet. So yes, does it stink that I have to go to an ATM every time? I want some food there. Yes, but I'm willing to do it because I love the experience that I get and when I can go to Pizza Hut and pay $25 for a specialty pizza and then go there and get a jumbo size specialty pizza for $17.50. the...

I've been going here a long time. In the last year the quality has dropped even as prices rise. Sauce is not what it used to be. Pizza crust is under cooked and doughy. Last boli was undercooked on top and burned on bottom. That means either a heating element is out or the dough was too old and dry.

Also been getting mixed sizes of wings lately. The bourbon sauce has also changed for the worse. It's now saucy and runs like a bbq instead of thick and clingy like it has always been.

Wife and child both also unhappy with the pizza anymore. Claim it's prepared like an amateur fly-by-night operator. Not the 30yr+ shop that it is......

We still stop in every couple of months to see if anything has improved but gone are the regular every Friday...
