The Burger Experience — Restaurant in West Manchester Township

This order was the first and last from Burger Experience. The food arrived cold and poorly packaged, the first fry I bit into was undercooked, and the burger was overcooked. To boot, I'd like to thank the careless employee who packaged our food for the disgustingly sticky ketchup packets that were all stuck together for what looks like YEARS. I mean, employees, is this what you reduce yourselves to eating at work? If not, why in the world is it okay to serve it the customers that keep you employeed? This "Experience" was disgraceful and for shame for taking no pride in your work or the food you're responsible for preparing.

One good thing came of it - my dog got a $25 meal, and I finally canceled UberEats' worthless service, which continues to enable inedible food...

Horrible quality. Order was wrong and the burger patties were very rubbery in texture and cold. The taste was strange and off putting. First bite was spit out and the inside was undercooked. You can see that there’s not even any seasoning or anything!

Food was so terrible none of us could eat it. Never ordering from here again and caution to anyone who does. Ubereats also didn’t offer me a full...

Ordered a burger and fries... There was SO MUCH salt they were not even edible. Burger was made incorrectly as well. Staff member who took my call about it was rude and said that they do not get paid by doordash for a month, call them... I believe that falls under not my problem....
