We picked up my new watch / braclet set from Kay's in Viera, they were sizing the watch an the tool broke. I said it's okay I live to to the Kay's in hammock landing I'll have them finish it. Service there was greatan very polite from who helped us. I went in to the Hammock landing store in the evening, no one else was in there, I was greeted, I started to explain the situation an the lady cut me off an got snippy with me. She was like "what am I doing! Am I taking links out, putting links in, what do you want." I was taken back a little. She went to the back an thats when my wife came in with our kids. The manager asked if she needed help an my wife said no I'm with him an the manager rolled her eyes an walked away. The lady came back out an her whole attitude had changed. She finished sizing both the watch and braclet, cleaned my wife's earrings. Bad experience / service this visit. The next day we came back in cause I wanted one more link out, when we walked in, all 3 of the workers that was there the night before ignored us. Another worker greeted us an would be with us shortly. The lady that helped us stood behind him on her phone as we stood there waiting. She then hurried to the back. Still waiting, she came out ignored us, acknowledged another worker with customers an went to chat with them. We're still waiting. The manager never acknowledged us. The one worker just stared at us the whole time we waited. We were finally helped by the gentleman that worked there an was very helpful, sized the watch, explained the warranty an the eco drive watch an everything. Very polite. Don't know any names but the guy who actually helped us thank you. Store needs better customer service, felt like we were looked down on...

It is the forever us ring.I was sized by one of the employees who said I was a size 4 and that they would have to order that since They don’t carry that size. I picked my engagement ring up and it was perfect. We then ordered the matching wedding band, since they fit together I went ahead and had them soldered together which is something the sales consultant at Melbourne mall recommended so it’s one piece. Again I had to wait to get it in since I’m a size 4. When I went to pick up the ring. It didn’t look like it was fitting together correctly it seemed a little off. I asked the lady if that was how it’s supposed to look she assured me it was correct. I took my rings and wore them got married with them photos and all. Last month I was in vero and took my set into the lady to have it inspected and cleaned. I asked the lady to take a look at it and told her how the fit was bothering me. That’s when she informed me, it was soldered together upside down and that the two rings were two different sizes. She pointed out the gaps that would be fixed the prong that shouldn’t be showing then said I would have to send it out to be Unsoldered and resized. I’m extremely upset. How could they have made such a huge mistake with my wedding band and then lie to me about it. I will attach photos, I’m so heartbroken. My ring won’t even look like the ring in my wedding photos....
Read morePicked out a ring online and went in store to buy. Johnathon helped me get warranty and all that fun stuff set up. Fast forward I proposed, she said yes. Amazing night. 430am we were on the way to the ER to have said ring cut off my now fiancée's finger. We were both devastated and the Dr REALLY did a number on it. 14 hours after the proposal we walk back in to Kay defeated and scared at what this was going to cost to fix or if it was even fixable. Johnathan was there and I think he could sense the gloom and dark cloud hanging over us. The fist thing he said was we can fix it. Tha kd God for the warranty! Here is the crazy part. They didn't fix it. They REPLACED it. My lovely fiancée got a brand new ring and the horror of what that Dr did to her ring is now gone!!!! Johnathan even went above and beyond when I sent her in to have the new ring sized he made sure she didn't see a price on any paper work. He even blacked it out on a paper she had to sign. I will never buy a piece of jewelry from any other store and as long as Johnathan works for Kay it will be with him. Above and beyond customer service.
