This is the worse customer sevice ever!! I do not like leaving bad reviews because we all need to make a living. But this was supposed to be a special occasion and we had everything ordered way in advanced. She lost our order like 4 times everytime we called she woukd say that she did not have our order in her files. I went in to take her my receipt that was paid in full and she said that the manufacturer was no longer carrying this dress. I asked for the money back she refused and tried to get us to pick a new dress. Then finally she said give me 1 more month to find it mind you we had already canceled the photographer 2 times because we did not hace a dress to take pictures with. Invites still have not went out and the 15 is in December first week. We barely got the dress and she said we had to pay to get it altered I was like what was the measurements for if it does not fit her? She responded that the smallest the dress comes in is a size 0. Yesterday it was supposedly custom??? And wants to charge us over$250 dollars for alterations. Move to last weekend she calls said dress is ready we finally have the dress in hand fits well. But turns around and sells my son a hoop that is worth like $50 for over $200 he does not know...

Lady that owns this establishment stole stuff from my quinceanera package when I had my 15 a couple years ago. We didn’t write a review then, but after another person in our friend circle had a bad experience, we thought it be good to write a review. Our situation wasn’t just a fluke. This establishment is not worth the prices they’re charging. We paid 1800$ for a package that included: a crown, hair piece, ramo, vestido, box for gift cards, the muñequea, álbumes, and the glasses for the brindis. (Back then this was A LOT of money).

We were sold the dress off the mannequin, and charged the same as if the dress was ordered and custom to my measurements. I am quite petite and she tried to tell me the corset top being too long was an issue on my end and I needed to stuff my bra. In the end she ended up ordering a shorter corset (after much arguing).

She then proceeded to keep my crown and a couple other things from my package. When my dad went to pick them up, he was told that I had already picked up those things. I did not. In short, we were shorted some of the things we paid for. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

I've been here twice. First for a quince tux rental, which was a so so experience. I have them another chance and went back a second time. The girl who helped me was really nice, and they are also reasonably priced. I went in to rent a single tux. They took the order along with the measurements. The said they would call me a few days in advance so we could go back in for a fitting. They didn't call. So we went in the day before to pick up the tux but they didn't seem to have a shirt that fit correctly despite taking measurements. They also gave us the wrong suspenders, which fortunately one of the employees noticed before we left and corrected the mistake. The first time we went in that had given us the wrong color of bowtie, when we brought it up they said they didn't sell the color we were asking for but failed to tell us that during the ordering process.
