One of the girls who works there is incredibly rude. I tried to place an online order but their app wasn't allowing me to save any of my cards. So I went in hoping they code honor the 40% off. Before I could even finish what I was saying she turned me away and said you have to call the help center. I had to pay with PayPal so after I placed the order we waited for an hour while all the workers were in the back room. As I asked a girl if my order would be placed today the rude girl walked up with my order. I told her I was just asking if it would be placed. Read moreSuper helpful. My dad copies English lace to graph paper and then cross stitchs it to a colored canvas. He has made one for each of his is eight children. One is only for Christmas decorations and it got wet while in storage. I brought it in to see if there was anyway if saving it. He (I really need to pay attention to names) took it apart. The canvas needs to be washed, but we have great hope for a good outcome. I am glad that I took it in and have good news for my parents.
