Gosh, the service and wait times at this place is so horrible. I've been to lots of Buffalo Wild Wings and haven't ever had bad experiences like I have here. Unfortunately it is the closest one to where I live. I own a company and recognize the importance of good management, and service. I would loose customers if I allowed my company to not take care of our clients. I also understand the importance of good Google reviews, so I try at all costs not to leave bad ones for other companies. Unfortunately, this location has given me repeated bad experiences, so I hate to leave this review, but it seems to be fairly parallel with other reviews I have read from others. I am now at Wing Stop next door and I am having an amazing experience! First experience I had, my buddy and I ordered food. It took around 30 minutes to get my food, but my buddies food didn't show. I waiting 15 minutes (because I don't like to eat without my company eating), but he insisted on me eating my now cold food and not wait for him. Out of some frustration due to our waitress not checking back to see how the food was, and that we could notify her that his food didn't show. I went back to the kitchen opening to ask for out waitress, only to find a handful of employees hanging out having a good time. Finally got his food another 30 minutes after mine came. Second experience was oddly similar. Same friend I was there eating with. My food took approx 35 min to come, and to our frustrated surprise, his food didn't show. We looked at each other and thought, "is this dejavu"? Again I waited to eat, until it was obnoxious thinking I would be eating cold food again. Got the waitresses attention, she said she would go check on it. After 10 minutes, she returned and said she had forgot to put the order in. I'm a very understanding person so I thought, well, things happen. Then his wings came out 40 minutes later, and wouldn't you know, they forgot about his fries... really??? Then it was another 20 minutes for fries. We vowed we would never return. Until today we were craving wings, so we tried one last time today. Terrible... We got there and stood waiting for the host for 10 minutes with no one else in line. After she came and greeted us (very nice host) we were seated. We then sat for 20 minutes waiting for a waitress, and no one came to ask if we wanted drinks or anything. I couldn't do it, and I have an immense amount of patience. We watched employees hanging out chatting having a good time, but again no service. Last time I will go there, and unfortunately everyone talks. I will never refer someone to go to this location, and I will direct them all to Wing Stop across the parking lot where we are having some amazing wings and a great experience! I'd pay $1,000 for a good experience after having several terrible experiences in a row. Corporate needs to do a secret undercover visit to see how terrible it is here. They need to show up unannounced to see for real how bad it is. Management needs to be revamped and customer service needs to become a focus here. I would actually be surprised if Wing Stop doesn't grow into Buffalo Wild Wings location so we can all be happy with a local wing place to get food and not be...
Read moreWe've always had small issues here and there but nothing we couldn't get past. Today we ordered and we received two 10 packs of wings that had the sticker Blazing Reaper Sauce which we had not ordered. One was for honey bbq which was for our sons. I called and let the guy who answered know we received hotter sauce than what we ordered. He stated they ran out of HOT stickers so that's what they used. I let him know he had ordered other hot wings and none of them had that sticker, they all had number of wings and name of sauce. He said he thought ours were fine but if I bring them in he might be able to replace them and asked me to hold. 7 minutes in to holding another lady came on and asked if i had been helped, I stated yes i thought so but not sure and she placed me back on hold. 30 minutes into holding I called back on my husband's phone while still holding on mine. The same guy answered right away. I let him know I was still holding on my phone and I wasn't sure why. He was very snippy with me, he said he wasn't sure why she put me on hold, and I reminded him he was the one who put me on hold, he was very defensive and told me that wasn't the case. My husband went in while this was happening and the manager Robert told him we had the correct order and the Blazing Reaper sticker was because they ran out of the number 10 sticker but did "replace" them since we were on hold so long. Didn't really apologize, or offer anything for our inconvenience. Very long story, and hard to explain but customer service was horrible. Waited on hold way too long. The honey bbq which is supposed to be mild was way too spicy and we have ordered it in the past without any issues....
Read moreWe were sat at 7:30 (text saying our table was ready at 7:28). Our waitress was very tentative, got our drink orders came back and took our order. My child received his food first (great!) and his dad after and my mother-in-law after that. My father-in-law and I were still waiting for our boneless wings. We ordered a second round of alcoholic beverages and still no food for the two of us. By 8:37 we still had not received our food. Everyone else had finished theirs and we had two alcohol beverages with zero food. At this point our waitress told us she wouldn’t know how much longer our food would be. Meanwhile people around us were getting their boneless wings. Many that were sat after we had been sat. At this point we were very frustrated. My father-in-law left as he was angry and still had not received his food. My mother-in-law stayed behind because we had to get our child home and to bed. I had received my food by this point but just got a box and left. The manager on duty would only comp the BOGO wings and not the entire meal. My mother-in-law said she would pay for the alcohol, and the manager only said she’d comp the BOGO and give us 10% off. The bill was still $74.00 which she paid and left. They shouldn’t continue to serve alcohol to people without food. No other options were offered as an alternative to our missing food. It shouldn’t take over an hour to receive food when other tables are receiving theirs. I’ve been disappointed in this place before but have continued to go back because we had one good experience. We will not be going back here. If the location can’t handle a promotion, there shouldn’t be one. Do better...
