Spirit Halloween — Local services in West Valley City

If you've never been to a store like this, then I don't really know what to tell you. It's a pop-up store that sells everything Halloween related. I'm giving it five stars because it's exactly what I expected. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, so they shouldn't be looked down upon just because they're not breaking new ground or whatever. It's a good store, and I always look forward to when this one pops up, especially since the people who work there are always nice, and they had enough stock to give my daughter a ton of fun things...
