Came in tonight at 6:51, not crazy busy like most Fiiz on a double punch Wednesday. Speaker apparently wasnāt working because we said āhelloā multiple times after we ordered. It also kept clicking as if they were trying to speak to us. We pulled up and had to explain the aforementioned situation. They took our order at the window, which I understand is a bit of a pain but they told us our drinks would be out shortly. We ordered two of their special āCaptian jack SKELLINGTONā that was advertised on a whiteboard, a momojito and a sharks in the water, specifically asking for no ice and no sprite. We instead got Captian jack sparrows and when we began to explain the difference, a blonde gal proceeded to argue that we read the sign wrong and that the captain jack comes with Dr Pepper and that we can order with Coke Zero if we wanted. We explained that the drawn on sign said Coke Zero and had a different name, of which we ordered by said name. She popped an attitude the whole time. They also forgot to omit the sprite and ice from the sharks in the water. When we got our drinks the second time, the sharks in the water had ice in it, to which we asked again āthis isnāt supposed to have iceā. The person at the window, who we could see was a trainee was chill and understanding, but said blonde gal rolled her eyes and when he told her it was to be with no ice. She also worded what looked like āJesus Christā, though we didnāt hear it as the window had already closed. Oh and their solution? To pour out the ice of the sharks in the water and not fill the cup to its normal level. I wish I could leave zero stars but since they were willing to take our order at the window and the trainee was kind throughout the interaction, I feel itās deserving of one star. Needless to say Iām avoiding this Fiiz in the future. Youāre better off heading down to the Fiiz by Smiths...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy Wife and I are long time fans of fizz. we usually go there about once a week to have a nice pick me up after shopping at Walmart. however, last night when we ordered our favorite drinks 'The Frenchie' we noticed that the flavor of the peach puree did not have its usual fresh real peach flavor but tasted more like a syrup substitute you can get at any gas station. also we ordered our favorite cookie the red velvet cookie. we noticed they had put new prices on the menu upping the price +$1.25 and we though "awe man... they realized they have a good product..." however, we were sorely disappointed to find out that the cream cheese frosting was now replaced with white chocolate chips? it wasn't the soft fresh cookie we love it was hard and crunchy... lastly we were informed at the window that they are now off the 12 step punch card system and on the mobile number system... we had 11 drinks and were looking forward to our free drink and cookie the next time we come but now come to find out we need another 3 drinks now because they upped the amount of drinks you need to get a free one... in all it seems like they have been looking to increase their profits by lowering the quality of the products and increasing the price. but in so doing they are driving away the loyal customers which in the end may be more detrimental to they business then the positive effect of the changes. I hope that the manager reads this and will reconsider the changes that have taken place because I truly want to continue to come to your establishment. and if we do see that change ill be happy to change my review to the 5 starts i know it deserves when operating...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would prefer to 0 star this but I canāt. Not only is this a location I visit frequently but itās by my work. So, itās convenient. Despite the convenience, I will never return to this location again. I pull up, nobody in line, nobody in front of me waiting for drinks and I get greeted by the speaker and she asks for a number. I give them that and I order my first drinks, 44 OZ Coke, Coconut Cream and Vanilla Syrup, I had to repeat that twice. Second drink, 24 OZ half Coke half Diet Coke, Vanilla Syrup. Again she made me repeat it 2 times. Total I had to repeat these drinks 4 times.
I get to the window. Iām not greeted for approx 3 minutes and finally the gal opens the window, says hello, asks for payment and hands me TWO drinks- 24 OZ Coke w/ Creamer and 24 OZ Coke / Diet Coke. I told her that is not what I ordered and she questioned me. She said, āYes you ordered 24 OZ Coke / Diet Coke and a Coke with Creamer and vanilla.ā I said yes but I did not order 2- 24 OZ drinks. I laughed because she was literally questioning me on what I ordered when I had to repeat myself 4 times prior to paying. THEN she hands me the 44 OZ corrected drink BUT says nothing. No apologies, nothing and closes the window after grabbing the drink. ABSOLUTELY RUDE SERVICE. Like what gives someone the right to treat a customer like that?!
