I have been visiting and loving this location since it opened. I visit it at least once a week for my usual drink of a 32oz. Iced tan mocha with an extra shot of espresso and coconut flavoring (it delicious!). The customer service at this location is usually top notch. However, the last two times I have visited I could not have been more disappointed! The first happened two weeks ago when I noticed two new faces both young beautiful and looking so similar to each other that I thought it okay to ask if they were twins, when the young lady curtly noted that they were not related. I was taken back by her obvious offense and thought that I didn’t mean to offend but at politely grab my 4 large drinks and left. The second happened this morning. My daughters daughter I ordered our usual beverages for the fam and as we waited for our drinks to be prepared I noticed all the plants in the lobby were looking sad and wilted. So I asked if I could water them after a I had taken the liberty of checking the soil of course. It was dry more than and inch down (said the crazy plant lady). The same young lady (Tacoma) from the previous encounter again in the same rude short tone says “we water our plants everyday” so I responded “well the soil is dry and they are wilted”. She proceeded to slap our drinks on the counter noting that she had labeled one. My patience now gone as she goes to grab a carrier and I tell her we don’t need one and grab our drinks to leave my daughter who is so sweet kindly turns to her and thanks her noting the stress in the situation the young lady looking right at her as to note that she heard but could not be bothered with her words. I have tried to call the store twice to talk with a manager about my experience. No answer. I hope that someone will take the time to address this. Read moreAfter waiting 10 minutes for my drink noticed everybody else was gone out of the place that had ordered after me went up there to go see what was going on with my drinks and they said that they threw them away their voices are so soft you can't even hear them over the music that's playing in the background then they act like it's no big deal that I sat there as long as I did and they still made the wrong drinks this place is a joke the owner reached out to me I hope he can train his staff/management to do better and learn how to resolve situations better then the way he stood there like a deer in headlights. Instead of saying yes sir I will take have a talk with my staff and I will do my best to make shore that doesn't happen to anybody else thank you instead he just tried to give me free stuff and give away the stores money 🤑 after they just threw away my drinks and didn't look around for the person that just paid for them already funny who pays for a drink but...
Read moreI went there today around 3:58pm to buy a medium frozen cookie dough with whip cream and paid with my points. After payment the girl(tomboy looking I apologize, but I don’t know her name) who took my order turned around to make my drink along with another worker, they started whispering after I paid, which made me feel uncomfortable. When she gave me my drink the whipped creaming was completely out of the lid and there was whip cream around the cup. The girl was holding her laugh along with the other worker after I took the cup from the counter. Unfortunately this was not the first time I’ve had an upsetting experience last time I went that same girl took my order and after leaving my drink on the counter she tossed the straw on the counter with an annoying look on her face.
