Second review - indeed stopped by again when in town, this time on way to grandson's third birthday party (with grandson now an older brother to a new sister). Staff was great, I had a heads up that irates and airplanes were thecurrent grandson intetest and staff walked me around and we found assembly toys, art books, puzzle books nd reading books with sound effects with both Pirates and Airplane motifs. Thanks again. Our regular stop when in themarket for great toys. BTW - C Suite (and customers) ask for Mairan and Nathan if you need pleasant, professional service.
Was driving from Virginia to Connecticut to visit my grandson and wanted to bring some gifts. The Toy Post was well reviewed and even better in person. Tremendously well stocked store with easy parking (right out front). Kevin at the counter was polite and full of suggestions. Nathan, the owner, helped out as we wrapped all the gifts - grandson and two more grandkids in New Mexico (the gift wrap - the alphabet - was a fun adventure in its own right). Gave the gifts tonight after rendezvouzing with the family and the gifts were fantastic. The goal was something (toys and books) that grandma and grandpa could play with the two year old as he explored them and the lad told us the gifts were "amazing"! It had tons of unique things I have not seen, and that is what I want from the local toy store. It's so much more fun than ordering online.
