Went last night, definitely not the experience I expected. I went through drive through and right from the start the young man who took my order rushed me and his tone was definitely not it! . (Noone was behind me ) I placed my first part of the order then he said asked in a rushy rude tone anything else I let that slide , I continue with my order after second part of order was told to him again he asked me anything else in a rude and rushed way to the point I did tell him yes and not to rush me and cut the bad attitude out ( 1 and a half minutes had only gone by and no one was behind me still that's how long it took me to order ) I finished my order. He Rudely said to pull to the first window sat at the first window no one there waited a bit then nothing still... pulled to the second window they got bothered and now it was two young guys, one asked if I paid at the window I stated no there was no one there I'm sorry that I didn't wait there long enough okay that's my fault in a way. Listen I'm all about customer service I worked restaurants fast food to a corporate job ! A good attitude and being friendly is literally key to everything. Since they had me pull forward to wait on my order I do so after waiting a few minutes the guy came out and I even apologized and gave a brief explanation or tried to at least that young dude cut me off and said again with the damn attitude replied and walked off Then after I checked my bag as I usually do in every restaurant I go to just to be on the safe side ( I ordered 2 gravys along with our meals ) and didn't even get to enjoy our meal since our burger fries chicken strips everything was covered and soaked in gravy. I hardly ever post reviews unless it's something like this. Say what you say but good customer service is key and the fact in the end our meals were ruined didn't make it better. I left because I definitely know myself and I wouldn't have been friendly at all .. after calming down I tried calling but it was near closing or closed already so I'm assuming that's why they didn't pick up. Idk honestly I can understand a wrong order to forgetting something in a order etc but it's the bad attitude for me. Got a couple of really good hamburgers. Made to order, fresh, great fries. Just a lot to like.
Staff is fast, attentive, and kind. Seem happy to be there and they are crazy busy. The store just having opened, they are the new hotness right now.
After our meal, we wandered over to the grocery store area and picked up a few favorites. Some Mint Choc ice cream, a loaf of buttermilk bread, and some smoked gouda cheese.
Will happily, eagerly, be returning to this location time and time again. Braums has the best milk, the best ice cream, and the prices are very fair here....
Read moreThis is my first visit to the New Location. I frequent Braums a few times a week for breakfast. The ladies were quick to greet me as I walked in. Montana and Rylee waited on us. They were all very happy and food was delivered hot and fresh. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Overall a very professional seeting. I was please with the waitstaff as well as the overall cleanliness of the new location. Food was the right temperature and good quality. The FRESH MARKET was wonderful!
