The call directory is the worst I’ve ever had to witness. The store’s number says that it’s creating high call volume and to call back later, I live 4 minutes from there and I drove to see if it was packed. Walked in and there wasn’t a single person on the phone and the store wasn’t even packed at all with the covid stuff happening. And when I asked to see a manager I was very rudely spoken to. As a 18 year old I might not get taken seriously, but I am an adult with money paying for a service and deserve the respect of anyone else. 1/10 on everything won’t be seeing me or anyone that I have shared this story with shopping or getting any services provided by geek squad...
