I visited Dickās Sporting Goods about two weeks ago. I am interested in buying two bicycles so I went to the department of bikes. I spend about 30 minutes looking at the bikes and many employees passed by us, saw us but not one of them stop to acknowledge us. No one greeted us or ask if we needed assistance.
We came back a week later, this time we hade the same reaction. Many employees pass by us and no acknowledgement. This time I press the buttons to get helped. An employee come out from the back room and ask if we needed help however he had a nasty attitude. Was speaking very loudly and acted as if we were bothering him. He explained he is the one in charge of the bicycle department and this was not pleasant for us.
We decided to come back one more time and today we had a completely different experience from before because everyone was pleasant, polite, and greeted us upon seeing us. Employee asked if we needed help, and it was a pleasure speaking with Tim. He answered all our questions. had a pleasant attitude and gave us a better experience at Dickās. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 2...

When a customer goes to a store now a days they expect that the thing that they are looking for, to try on or try out in person before they buy it, will be at the store. Instead they find that this store in particular has barely any product and what they do have is out of stock.
A business should not waste the time of the customer, ever, if you do not have the item in stock then do not tell the customer that "you can order it online". The customer is trying to find out if the product will work for him at that moment, not days later. Shameful. Let alone the staff there being inattentive and not very helpful at all "just order it online". Why bother having a psychical store if you're just going to tell the customer that? Oh well lesson learned, don't bother with Dick's "sporting" goods, they carry nothing in house, you're better off with either a small mom and pop shop or ordering from Amazon...

I want to give a big thank you to the team at this Dickās Sporting Goods location for going above and beyond to help my family.
My cousin had accidentally left his wallet in my brotherās car, and my brother was already halfway home before realizing it. I suggested they drop the wallet off at this store since Iāve always known the staff here to be trustworthy and professional.
Sure enough, they came throughāno hesitation, just kindness and integrity. The wallet was kept safe, and my cousin was able to come by later and retrieve it with everything intact. It may seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot to us.
