Hollister Co. — Local services in Wilkes-Barre Township

Clothes are ok and staff is usually friendly and helpful, except today. Stood in line waiting to be checked out, one staff was checking out customer while 2 other staff stood around talking. The people the staff was checking out ran into problems so my daughter asked one of the other employees who were standing there talking if one of them could check us out to which she replied I guess I can. Ridiculous to let customers stand there when we could have be checked out 10 minutes before lousy customer service no wonder all the brick and mortar stores are closing. Paying idiotic staff to do a job a monkey could do and they still can’t get it...

Friendly staff, very clean and organized. It is just sad to see the prices of everything go up. I do hope this store does well, though. It's one of the few stores keeping that mall up and running. I hope to see the staff keep up the good work running it as...

Not nearly as many options as online. Went in store to get stuff instead of ordering and they had 2 out of the 10 items I wanted. Ended up leaving anyway without the 2 things because the 4/5 youngins behind the counter were just...
