Really horrible customer service!
My family (4 of us) walked up to the kiosk, intending to consider switching to Boost, on Sunday, December 16, 2018, during the middle of the afternoon, during the middle of the holiday shopping period. The only employee in attendance accepted a call as I began speaking. She continued on that call, which quickly and clearly became identifiable as a personal call.
The employee made no further eye contact with us, nor did she speak a word to us. (In fact, she turned away.) After approximately 3 minutes of being the only customers at the small kiosk and being ignored by the only employee who was chitchatting on her cell phone, we left.

Every month, my family & I have problems getting service, try to avoid dropped or staticky reception and we constantly receive data alerts that are usage is low, even 1 week after paying the bill. Most of the employees DO NOT have the knowledge to help with technical issues (at least at the Wyoming Valley Mall)... It's supposed to be unlimited talk and text...
