Cinnabon — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre Township

Was here last night around 7pm. The cashier what a young blonde girl with a bad attitude. I ordered a caramel pecan cinnamon roll and a chocolate mocha chillatta and paid for such. I then turned around to say something to my husband and when I turned back around she threw a cinnamon roll box in front of me then turned around to make my drink. When she turned around I said may I please have a bag as I was taking it home for later and she once again threw a bag on top of my box and turned to wash the blender from my drink. I proceeded to bag my own order and when she turned back around I said have a nice night and was given a dirty look. Fast forward a few hours I go to eat my Cinnabon and open the container to a plain cinnamon roll when I paid extra for a caramel pecan roll. I see a few other not so good reviews on the last month. I have been working in food for 2 years now and have never treated a customer so rude even when I was upset or in a bad mood. After this happened I did call and spoke to a manager who did apologize and informed me this cashier would only be working here for about another week and offered a free item next time I go to the store so I did change my review from a 1 star to a 3 star for the manager handling...

Realistically, don’t want to leave a review here for this location, but this is the location I always go to and they were having trouble yesterday with their rewards and come to find out. I went through account history and it’s been happening often and there’s nothing Cinnabon could do about it cause you only get 72 hours even if you have proof of receipt so I will not be giving One Star, which I should.. Manager is really great here. I’m going to tell him about it next time I go there and I’m pretty sure he well, give me a cinnamon bun because they won’t give me my 200 points so make sure you check your account every time you make a purchase and you have 72 hours for them to fix it. -1 one star for Cinnabon corporation. Ordered 2 cappuccino, got extremely hot mostly milky dishwasher liquid tasting stuff. Returning them the manager said oh,we thought you asked for steamed milk. They made them again, even hotter so you could not drink it at all. No froth on the milk,just steaming hot liquid. They will really hurt someone. Had I not seen how wrong they were made I would have burned the skin off my tongue and the inside of my mouth. 20 minutes later still to hot to drink. I own a espresso machine and make them daily and I had theirs before. This girl was just never shown right and the manager did not care.Never going back.They will hurt someone bad!!!!! We threw them away,did not wa t to argue or wait...
